Family firms face unique growth challenges, largely due to the relationships between management and majority ownership. Family firms also face tough survival odds when transitioning from one generation to the next. Fordham University School of Business are dedicated to serving the educational and networking needs of family firms in order to preserve their legacies and help them avoid mistakes and pitfalls.
